working it out

Assalamualaikum,
Hey everybody, it's been a while kan~~~yesterday, i went to aerobic session which i skipped for about one year plus #killme. Bnda ni xkan happen kalau belly saya ni kempis mcm papan, tp sekarang dah mcm org pregnant 3 bulan sedangkan I ni, 21 tahun je (lap2 air mata). Seriously, i hate the way i look right now, sedimentary life, kuat makan. For sure, gotta change bebeh.
Kalau maseh baby, comel mcm ni xde masalah.:P
Semalam pergi aerobik, tgk makcik2 yg regular aerobik sejak zaman dulu, wow they look happy, muka awet muda, pastu leh pulak melompat and groove yg sgt sharp sedangkan usia kami beza 20 tahun kot. So agak tercabar di sana ya, tgk org senior lebih aktif n lincah, ofcoz i xnak kalah,hahaa.

Pas workout semalam, gila sakit kaki aku. It's been a long2 time since my last exercise. Whoa i feel great wake up in the morning..hehee =)Then, skrg saya ubah sikit n slow2 tabiat makan. Kalau dulu nasi dua kali tambah (mind me),sekarang setengah plate je kot, mmg berusaha nak kawal makan. Breakfast pun saya kurgkan,hehehe then i TRY to drink plain water more (which i Hate the most). Mmg susah la, dlm keluarga yg suka masak n suka baking (tercabar akak!), but then i have n must try. Boleh makan, tp in small quantity...arum bulak mcm melepas gian bah!hehe

My motivation, to wear clothes that i love. To have confidence in me again. To live healthy. Tu je, bukan i nak goda seseorg keyh..hahahaha (merapu2). Wish me luck guys!
