changes

Salam

Eating big huge meals. Not interested. I'll be full easily.

Fruits? I love them now.

Drinks? Plain water. Sometimes fruit smoothies or just add a dash of lemon and some ice please?

Went to my grannies house and weigh myself. Yes! Turun 2kg! :D

Measured my waist. Lose 3 cm. Yehuuuu.


You can do it! BFBH is not that hard.
