As an agricultural student, the study of plant nutrition is necessary to know exactly what do plants need to grow healthy. Each nutrient has its own specific function and utilize in different parts of the plant. Through the study, essential and beneficial nutrients can be identified so that the plants can grow well. Besides, by studying plant nutrition, nutrient toxicity or deficiency can be controlled. Thus, the plants can have the full life cycle. This study also important in preparing suitable organic or inorganic fertilizer with appropriate nutrients to enhance plants growth.
