I do not own Pandora bracelet even a month and I noticed one of my charm went black. Devastated and I was like, i spent hundred +++ because of you tiny little charm.
I googled and this phenomenon known as tarnish/oxidize. Pandora bracelet is made up of sterling silver which is made up of pure silver. ( Even TnCo jewelleries are sterling silver). One of the properties include sterling silver easily tarnish but not rusty. In other words, it can be cleannn! The black stain can be wiped off easily.
After reading numerous encounters from other Pandorians, i tried the eraser method. Initially, i was not trust eraser to clean my charm. Slowly, with hardwork though, I cleaned it up successfully. I just relieved and happy!!!
P/s me want more charms haha
